Pages are written to be accurate when published and corrected when they stop being so. Accuracy here means describing what has been established, not predicting how your particular vehicle will behave.

No uptime commitment has been published, and none is implied. The site may be unavailable, and a page may be withdrawn while it is being corrected.
Changes to published content
Published scope and configuration information can change as new evidence becomes available. Check the current Compatibility page before relying on an earlier description.

There is no download, and nothing to buy.
The Windows application is in development. Interest registration remains closed. General Contact is for enquiries only and does not provide software access.
Two separate interest purposes
When registration opens, launch updates and future-validation interest will be separate choices. Neither is a verified Beta application or a reservation of a place.
It is a development build
V1 covers Alfa Romeo Giulia and Stelvio 2.2 JTD/Multijet as product scope. The documented reference is a 2020 Stelvio with Bosch EDC17C69; that does not approve every configuration within V1.
Validation decides what is available
Validation will begin with hands-on testing in Slovenia. Selected international participants follow after that stage succeeds. Commercial release depends on readiness and the results.
Nothing is sold, licensed or subscribed to
No price, checkout, public installer or subscription is offered here. Any future software access would require a separate invitation or release and its applicable terms.
There is no release date
No release date is published. Launch timing depends on validation results; this website makes no date or availability promise.
What a request does not do
Interest registration, a compatibility result or configuration review does not establish eligibility, selection, Beta access, a licence, service entitlement or guaranteed support. Private validation does not authorise commercial workshop use.

Confirm your own configuration
Check your exact vehicle, engine, control unit, market and adapter against what is published before relying on it. A shared model name is not enough to make two vehicles equivalent.
Look after your own files
Diagnostic processing and SmartReport/PDF generation run locally on Windows. Protect the files you retain and review your device’s backup and synchronisation settings, as these can create copies elsewhere.
Check a file before you send it
A diagnostic file can identify a vehicle and its owner. Review it for identification numbers, registration details, customer information and notes before sending it to anyone, including us.
The repair decision
A report organises evidence. What to do about that evidence is decided by you or by the professional you take it to, and that decision stays with the person making it.

Distinguish scope from validation
The V1 model and engine scope is distinct from the documented reference configuration and from approval of another configuration.
Correct what stops being true
An entry that later evidence contradicts is corrected or withdrawn rather than left standing. Limitations are published alongside what was established, not tucked away.
State contact availability clearly
The Contact page shows whether requests can be submitted. Receipt, email notification and a support response are separate; no response time or service entitlement is promised.
Handle what you send as described
The Privacy Policy distinguishes general enquiries, closed interest registration and local diagnostic processing. Retention arrangements remain subject to the stated limitations.
These product limitations describe what the software and website do. They do not allocate all risk to the visitor or introduce a blanket exclusion of liability.
What is published, and what is not claimed.
The footer identifies the publisher and carries the existing reservation of rights. Manufacturer names describe vehicle scope.
The website and its content
The site and its content are published under the business identified in the footer. Linking to these pages does not grant a licence to republish the material as your own; contact the company about reuse.
No trademark claim is published
No trademark registration is asserted anywhere on this site, and none is asserted here. If that position changes it will be stated plainly rather than implied by a symbol.
Manufacturer and model names
Vehicle, engine and control-unit names are used descriptively, to identify which configuration is being discussed. No affiliation with, endorsement by or approval from any vehicle manufacturer is claimed or implied.
No software licence has been published
Reading these pages or sending interest does not grant permission to install or use OBDVeloce software. No public software licence is offered through this website.

It does not replace professional mechanical inspection
OBDVeloce organises diagnostic evidence. It does not guarantee a diagnosis, roadworthiness, vehicle safety or the correctness of a repair. No fault codes is not proof of a healthy vehicle.
No repair outcome is guaranteed
Nothing here promises that following what a report shows will fix a vehicle, shorten a job or reduce a bill. The report is evidence for a decision, not the decision.
No universal compatibility
Compatibility is established per configuration, not per model name. A validated entry describes the configuration that was tested and does not extend to every vehicle sharing its badge.
No commercial terms offered here
This pre-launch website offers no purchase, payment, refund, subscription or software warranty terms. Any later commercial offer needs its own confirmed terms.
Nothing is claimed about unsupported vehicles
Configurations outside the stated V1 scope are outside this release. Within V1, a configuration without supporting validation evidence remains unconfirmed.
No hardware, drivers or firmware are supplied
The website supplies no adapters, drivers or firmware. Confirmed adapter models/firmware and system requirements will be published before software access.

Am I agreeing to something by reading this site?
Reading the site does not grant software access or create a product account. If forms reopen, each consent relates to the purpose shown on that form, not to a software licence.
Are purchase or licence terms available?
No commercial offer or public software licence is available here. The terms for a future release, including governing law and contractual conditions, have not been established on this website.
Can I quote or reuse what is published here?
You can link to the published pages. Contact the company about reusing website material; do not present it as your own or imply manufacturer endorsement. The footer identifies the publisher.
What happens if something published here turns out to be wrong?
It gets corrected, and if a supported configuration is affected the entry can be corrected or withdrawn. That is a normal outcome of continuing to test rather than a failure, and it is preferable to leaving a claim in place that the evidence no longer supports. If you find something that does not match what you observe on your own vehicle, tell us — that is more useful to this project than almost anything else you could send.
Does taking part in Early Access give me any rights to the software?
No. The interest page explains two possible request purposes and the current closed registration. Interest, compatibility guidance and a review do not grant selection, access, a licence or support entitlement.
What the software does and where its responsibility ends is on the Diagnostic Disclaimer; how compatibility is decided is on the Compatibility Policy; what happens to information you send is on the Privacy Policy. This page does not repeat them.
