Find the relevant guide.
Start with the guide that matches your question. It may provide the next check without needing a support request.
Adapter & Setup
Connection guidanceWindows device recognition, COM-port selection, adapter communication and practical checks when a connection does not work as expected.
Answers questions likeWindows does not list the adapter · the COM port is missing or will not open · the device is listed but not ready · the connection drops partway through a capture.
Compatibility Centre
V1 Giulia/Stelvio 2.2 JTD / Multijet scope, the documented 2020 Stelvio / Bosch EDC17C69 reference and the details other V1 configurations need reviewed.
Answers questions likeScope versus reference · configuration review · model selection is not approval.
Diagnostic reports
What a report contains, how a status is reached, and why missing evidence stays visible instead of being estimated. Most questions about a report's wording are answered by how the report is built.
Answers questions likeWhat a status means and does not mean · why a finding was withheld · what a partial capture produces.
Security and privacy
What the normal workflow does to a vehicle, where sessions and reports are stored, and what local storage does and does not provide.
Answers questions likeIs the workflow read-only · where my files are kept · what a diagnostic file can identify.
Frequently asked questions
Search the published FAQ for concise answers about capabilities, compatibility, privacy and registering interest.
Answers questions likeAdapter and setup questions, compatibility questions, and Early Access questions each sit at the end of their own page.
Describe the issue that needs clarification.
If requests are open, include only the details needed to understand your question. For website questions, describe the page and browser; do not paste diagnostic data.
Connection problems
Describe where the connection stopped after checking the setup guidance: Windows detection, COM-port access, adapter response or vehicle communication.
IncludeThe exact wording Windows and the application showed, the step it failed at, whether the same adapter behaves the same way on another port, and what you have already tried.
Unexpected capture behaviour
A capture starts but behaves in a way the documentation does not describe: signals missing that you expected, a capture that will not finalise, or a quality classification that looks wrong for what you ran.
IncludeThe capture group, the vehicle state you ran it in, the duration, and which signals were recognised or missing.
Report generation problems
SmartReport or PDF generation is unavailable, or the report appears inconsistent with accepted evidence from a completed Guided Diagnostic run.
IncludeDescribe the run, the relevant evidence and the exact message or section involved. Do not attach a session or report.
Compatibility questions
Questions about Giulia/Stelvio 2.2 JTD / Multijet configurations within V1. Contact does not itself initiate or guarantee a technical review, selection or access.
IncludeModel, year, engine and adapter details you already know. Do not collect a VIN or identification documents for an enquiry.
Website problems
Something on this site is broken, unreadable, mistranslated or plainly wrong. These are worth reporting even when they seem minor: a factual error on a page is a defect.
IncludeThe page, the language you were reading it in, your browser, and what you expected instead.
General enquiries
Questions about the project or published guidance. Include only the context needed to explain the question.
IncludeEnough context that the question can be answered without a round trip.
What support cannot do
- Diagnose a mechanical fault remotely. Support can help you collect better evidence and read what a capture contained; it cannot tell you which component has failed.
- Remote access to your computer or vehicle is not offered through this page.
- Guarantee a repair, a diagnosis or a compatibility approval as the outcome of a request.
- No response time or support availability window is promised.
- The website contact form accepts text only, with no file uploads.
- This page does not offer telephone support, live chat or callbacks.
A request describes a question; it does not establish its cause or promise a repair.
Send a message
Email, topic and message are required. Your name is optional.
General Contact is open. Launch updates, future-validation interest and Beta applications remain closed.
What support is, stated plainly.
Read these boundaries before choosing what to share.
Website languages
The website is available in English, Italian, German and French. This does not establish a guaranteed support language or response service.
Support covers the current build
The guides describe current capabilities and the documented V1 reference. AI Analysis is a separate prototype/planned capability, not integrated production functionality.
Compatibility is settled by review, not by reply
A contact request does not approve a vehicle, ECU or adapter, initiate validation, or grant software access. Future-validation interest is a separate purpose on the interest page.
Evidence, not a mechanical verdict
Support helps you capture better evidence and read what a capture contained. It does not replace professional mechanical inspection, and it will not name a failed component from a description.
Receipt and delivery
When enabled, the form retains the request before confirming receipt. Receipt and notification emails are attempted separately; delivery and a later support reply are not guaranteed.
What happens to what you send
- Brevo stores your email, topic, message, optional name, reference, enquiry purpose, locale, receipt time and privacy-notice version/text. No marketing consent is collected.
- They are used to answer your request. Your address is not added to any mailing list by this form.
- When enabled, requests are stored in Brevo for company handling. Email notifications are attempted separately. The privacy policy describes website providers and processing.
- The form has no file-upload control. Only enter information needed for your question; do not paste diagnostic files, VINs or registration documents.
Review the privacy policy before submitting information. Do not include identifiers or personal details unrelated to your question.
Questions about support itself.
What should I include to get a useful first reply?
An email address, topic and message are enough; your name is optional. General Contact does not ask for country, vehicle or operating system. Do not send files, vehicle identifiers or unrelated personal data.
Can I write in Italian, German or French?
The website and form are available in four languages. Quote only the relevant on-screen message as it appeared, without personal identifiers. No support language, availability window or response time is guaranteed here.
Can I attach a session or a report?
No. The website form accepts text only. Describe the relevant behaviour without attaching or pasting diagnostic files. Do not send files through another channel unless the necessary content and a suitable sharing method have been agreed.
How will I know my request was received, and how is it answered?
When enabled, the form retains the request before confirming receipt. Receipt and notification emails are attempted separately; delivery and a later support reply are not guaranteed.
Can support tell me what is wrong with my vehicle?
No. Support can help you capture better evidence and read what a capture actually contained, including what it did not contain. It cannot name a failed component from a description, and it does not replace professional mechanical inspection. A report status describes captured evidence within its stated scope, not the mechanical condition of the vehicle.
What happens to the details I submit?
The enquiry is retained in Brevo with its reference, purpose, locale, receipt time and privacy-notice record. Receipt and notification emails are attempted after storage. General Contact does not add you to a mailing list or create an application for validation.
Questions about adapters, compatibility and the Early Access programme are answered on their own pages, where they can be kept in step with the rest of that page rather than repeated here.
Still need help?
Use the guides below and check the form’s availability notice before preparing a request. Launch updates and future-validation interest remain separate choices.
